Where we deliver
We ship to street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes are outside our delivery area.
Shipping cost
All eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. There is no expedited shipping option.
Handling and transit
Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, with the starting point determined by the order cutoff below. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Order cutoff and business days
Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM in fixed UTC−06:00 Central Standard Time. This cutoff does not change with daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on a holiday begin their handling period on the next business day.
