30-day return window
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to request a return. Ordinary returns must be unused, in their original condition and with their original product packaging. Opening the outer shipping package does not prevent a return.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. Obtain return authorization and address instructions before sending your parcel. Our return address is 63E Chemin de Pins, 31600 Saubens, France.
Return shipping
For an item damaged in transit, defective, or sent incorrectly through our error, we cover return shipping. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate handling. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost, including shipment from the United States to our return address in France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. The unused, original-condition requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent requests involving damage, defects or incorrect items. We will discuss the appropriate return or refund handling with you.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. Your payment provider may determine when the credit becomes visible.
